Game Development Course Project 2
I worked with 1 other artist and 3 coders for this project.

Lose Screen UI
This project was a collaborative project with a Computer Science course. The students from the Digital Media art course made the art assets and the Computer Science students made the coding for a small game. Working on each side of the project, art and code, was encouraged. I was the second of two artists so I was tasked with and focused on making the art and UI assets that the team needed.
I began making game elements that were 2D only and made for simple platformer style videogames. I made UI and environment assets and even a few character animations.
Game Development Course Project 1
I was the sole creator for this project.
This was the first project of the course where each student made their own small game demo. I chose a simple platformer. The code was provided as the goal of the course was more focused on creating various art assets such as backgrounds, character animations, etcetera.
Game Design
After taking a 3D modeling course at UNCC, I found my niche in the art world. That niche being environment modeling and texturing. Turns out I had already done some of this type of art before I even began my 3D art journey. These are just some of my assets from the games I've been involved in making.
3D Game Elements
After a 3D modeling course, I began making game elements that were 3D modeled and textured. For the project below, I designed UI elements, environment models, and worked with textures.
Cornstalk Model
Game Developer's @ UNCC's 49 Hour Fall Game Jam
The theme for this game jam was "your eyes deceive". My coding partner and I made a corn maze where if the player "blinked" in game, then they would be able to see the location of keys they needed to collect inside the maze. The player needed to collect four keys to unlock all of the locks at the exit of the corn maze. We successfully made the short demo game within the 49 hour time limit.
I was the only artist working with 1 coder.
